PRASANTHO GHOSH W.BENGAL WROTE

I haves started my carrer as a clerk in the postal department.Now I have completed 32 years service.My collegues in school and colleges who have got their appointments after 8-10 years in the clerk cadre in state and central goverments are now in gazetted positions.So many GDs staffwork under my control years back are also orkin in very attractive posts in other departments.Today I am so shy to face my student hood collegues .I am trying to shrink into myself.The story of subramoni is the story of entire class3 people in India Post

    Welcome your comments. This is the voice of dissents of hindreds of brilliant brains who entered the postal department before just after their teenage. It is very sad that they retire from the same cadre they served nearly forty years.Cadred above IPO eat into our sweat and get more and more prospects only at our expense. The new generation trade union leaders have less bargaining power.so let us start from today for a new campaign aimed at uniting the class3 employees.
